Booking & Deposit Policy
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable.
One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling requests, or requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, will require a new $50 deposit.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment if the service can no longer be accommodated without affecting other clients.
