Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment date and time. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. For example, if your service is $200, your $50 deposit will be credited toward the service and your remaining balance will be $150. Booking deposits are non-refundable because they reserve dedicated appointment time on the schedule. To cancel or request a reschedule, clients must contact Braids & Beauty Couture directly. You may send a message through the website using the chat/message icon, or use any contact method provided in your booking confirmation. To cancel or request a reschedule, clients must contact Braids & Beauty Couture directly. Online self-cancellation and self-rescheduling are not permitted. Appointments may be rescheduled one time without losing the deposit when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. The deposit will transfer to the newly scheduled appointment. Any additional rescheduling request, or a request made with less than 24 hours' notice, will result in forfeiture of the original deposit. A new $50 deposit will be required to book another appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment/no-show if the service can no longer be accommodated without affecting other scheduled clients. In that case, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Clients who cancel, fail to appear, or do not properly reschedule according to this policy will forfeit the $50 deposit. By completing your booking and submitting the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
